We were a little surprised by the fact that the 10,500 sq foot Mooreland House only had one full bathroom. It might need to be restored because it looks like it was remodeled at one time. We think the vanity is original though. If anyone can “date” the light fixture… let us know. As you can tell, we haven’t addressed this area yet.

I’m not an expert but that light fixture looks a bit ‘colonial’ to me and not original to the home. JMO though…

Yes, we will need to add at least one somewhere. We will probably make the powder room into a full bath.
