Attic “before and after”

We could only find one “before” picture on the computer. Here is the “before” picture and a few finished pictures of the repairs to the underside of the roof in the attic. We think using the antique lumber and using roof decking from other areas that won’t be seen on the house was the right decision. If you don’t know where the repairs are, they are hard to spot.

It’s so pretty I’d live in the attic! 😉

Thanks! As far as owning it later… you might have to fight Kerry for it.

It looks so beautiful!! I love how big and open it is. You’re right about the repairs too, I can’t tell at all.

Your heart and soul is in that house and you are only getting started! I know it is a lot of house but it would be wonderful if you could keep it in the family.

As far as keeping it in the family… you do know that we are not in any way related to any prior owners right? We are in touch with the family but not related. We are not sure our kids will want to be responsible for the house after we are gone.
