We paid the groundskeeper a little extra this mowing so she would tidy up a little bit around the tenant house in the back yard of the Mooreland House. Not sure how Kerry is going to feel when she finds out she is paying herself. =)

I don’t think I noticed before the victorian lamp post near the tenant house.That will be so pretty when lit! If it’s like everything else on the property, it probably needs to be repaired and painted.

  We are not sure if it is a reproduction or not. It probably is or it would have been removed along with anything else that held value.

I know its a lot to consider with all the amazing work you are already doing, but will you restore the tenant cottage one day too or is it too far gone? I’m of the belief that there is no such thing as a tear down. Lol

  Ha! We have never torn down a house in our lives. =) Even when they are “too far gone” we don’t know any better.
