Wow! The roof of the Mooreland House is pretty bad in sections. Of course, the people that follow our blog know that this has already happened but it is now being presented to the YouTube world. One of these days we are going to find something that is in good shape… we are still waiting. We are 90 subscribers away from 2,000. If you guys share this video on your social media, we might just make it. Kerry would be thrilled!
Those drone shots are fantastic! They really highlight the immensity of the roof project. Some day you will be able to breathe a huge sigh of relief when it’s completed. I’m sure there are times when you think that day will never come. If you did nothing else to the house, that alone would be a huge accomplishment.

Kerry is feeling more comfortable with the drone. We will be happy if all we are able to do is keep the house standing for another generation. In order to preserve the Mooreland House we need to make it easier for someone else to finish it if we can just get it close.

I am always impressed with your desire to fix each project correctly, not just partially correct. When you are done your efforts will help this fine home stand strong against the storms that will come from time to time. Your efforts are remarkable!

Thanks! Since the Mooreland House is going to outlive us, we want to make sure that we leave it in the best shape possible for the next generation.
