Just wanted to throw a thank you out to our most loyal followers. There are almost 200 of you that followed us from FaceBook to our first website and then ultimately to this website. You guys helped Kerry get 2,500 views on her anniversary video. She is 15 people away from 2,000 subscribers. Without you guys to share the videos and stuff we could never grow our YouTube. I look forward to each and every post giving updates on Ms. Mooreland. I’m so intrigued by the beauty of old houses and the people who lived there so many years ago, and what their lives would have been like. It is very interesting watching the two of you patiently and lovingly make the needed repairs. You know, most people would have just hired a company or a crew to have gotten the work done. But who would have wanted to watch that?! Your 1-year video was a reminder of just how much the two of you have accomplished this year – with just your four hands. Keep up the great work – on the house and the posts! Stay safe!

Thanks for that wonderful comment. We think that a construction crew would have come in and told them it wasn’t salvageable. In this job environment there are not even enough people to work at WalMart let alone a skilled worker on a construction job. It seems that people just don’t want to work hard anymore. At least doing it ourselves we know it is being done right.
