It’s official. The top flat roof of the Mooreland House is done. We shouldn’t have to revisit this area for 40 years. We know it took us a year to do a few days roofing job but it is all about the prep work and only doing it right one time. Now we proceed on to the next project.
For the first time in over a decade, the Mooreland House has a waterproof layer on the top flat roof. This is only the base layer of the two layer system but it is already waterproof. The next layer will be the cap sheet. This torch down roofing has a learning curve but we are getting it done.
