We did a quick little video on YouTube. Some people were concerned about the structure of the Mooreland House. We know it is in terrible shape and that is why we are saving it.

Kerry & Frank Love your sweet hearts, Some folks just like to chime in.. with no real understanding of what you guys are doing and accomplishing. I always look forward to watching the improvements every Sunday. You guys always leave me feeling so motivated each week. With everything that you have done in such a short time. My Goodness!! Thanks Larry! We just don’t want people to think we are putting a bandaid on a gaping wound. We are making the place structurally sound again but it is going to take some time.

Wow! Bonus video. For anyone that’s new to your page, they should go back and look at all the prior videos. You have both embraced this home and are pouring your ‘well educated/researched/expertise’ along with your heart and soul into her. She’s going to be rock solid when completed!

Thanks Linda Sue! We want people to know that most of the Mooreland House masonry is solid but there are a few places where the poor ole gal is indeed falling down. We know this and are resolving it. =)

I couldn’t help but smile a little half-way grin as I watched your video tonight. Wow! I don’t read the comments on YouTube, just Word Press, but it sounds like someone needs to watch Frank & Kerry’s Adventures from the beginning and get the whole story before making an uneducated comment. There is no one who knows more, or cares more, about Ms. Mooreland than the two of you. And you’ve done every bit of work with your own two hands. No sub-contractors, no hired hands. You have lovingly and meticulously worked on each area as needed. No rushing, no cutting corners. Just keep doing what you do. I mean, who else would number and count bricks and stones to put them back in the exact same place?!!! Has anyone told you both lately how amazing you are?!! I always look forward to what you’re doing next. I hope to visit Ms. Mooreland some day down the road and meet you guys!

Thanks! We don’t feel like the comments were aimed at us. They were definitely talking about how dilapidated the Mooreland House was and we felt like defending the poor ole gal. It really isn’t her fault.
