We continue to take down the facade on the front of the Mooreland House. Some of it comes out just fine and some of it is a little more difficult. There is a little drama in this video but everything turns out okay.

Funny Frank mentioned hernia…I’ve wondered how his back and body are holding up under this construction. It takes its toll for sure.
P.S. I just want to get a broom and dustpan and help Kerry clean up all that mortar on the floor! 😉. It would be so satisfying!

Did you see the part where the mortar chunks and debris was almost covering the radiator? It was thick!

Yes, I did. What a mess that stuff makes! I love to clean (I’m a bit OCD) so the constant clean up at Miss M would be right up my alley! 💪🏼

First of all- Frank’s sense of balance is amazing! Him standing on Bertha’s forks lifting the stones! Wow!
Second- most terrifying thing I have heard either of you say is when Kerry said “How this house didn’t fall down…” Me thinks you all got to Miss Mooreland just in time!
Third- how good are you all at jigsaw puzzles?!?!

We think if this part of the Mooreland House had fallen that no one would have touched the rebuild. As far as the puzzle, is it cheating to have all the puzzle pieces numbered with pictures showing where they go?

Do you all have a big dumpster that you put all the debris in?
How do you get all the debris down and out of the house?

We have hauled some of it off with our dump trailer but we have recycled or plan to recycle most of it back into the Mooreland House. We push most of the debris out when we have openings in the walls. =)

I was biting my nails during this video. So glad you both stay safe while doing such dangerous things. I did smile while watching Frank give Kerri hand signals, wondering if he learned those from the guys at the airport. LOL. Then I laughed out loud at his comedian routine at the end – so funny! Thanks for the video, and thanks for always sharing your cats too!

Frank has been using the same “comedy” material for quite a while. He is glad to have a fresh audience. =)
