We made it through the winter but we didn’t really get anything accomplished. Frank had to work at his real job for almost 6 weeks of it. Kerry caught the covids for the second time and finally was able to pass it along to Frank when he got home from work. We both survived. The weather is above freezing now so we are back to work on the Mooreland House.

Congratulations on surviving the winter! Hopefully the warm weather of spring and summer will bring both of you excellent health and lots of successful progress on Miss Mooreland’s many intriguing projects.

Sorry you both got sick, I think sometimes the powers that be tell us to slow down or take a different path. Glad you’re both feeling better and ready to continue your “hobby”. I really do enjoy seeing you rescue this legacy house. It seems to me that by fixing the wall, bracing the roof and making her water tight (mostly), you’ve added decades to her already. It’s quite an acheivement.

Thanks! There are still places in the Mooreland House that are falling in. We are trying to stay ahead of it though. We know there is part of the front wall that will still be there for another century. =)

We are not sure what is next. The tower seems to be holding up pretty well. We will probably go to something that needs a little more attention.

We are excited to figure out what is next as well. We eat healthy and get plenty of rest so we weren’t hit very hard by the coronas.
