The first step in the process of tearing down the Powder Room is cleaning up debris in the basement. We put a string of work lights up and got busy. Some of the debris on the floor was about 10 inches thick. Now we can go to the ground floor and figure out how we can safely get the walls down.

    Wow you guys did a ton of work. Kerry do you ever long for the day you can start hanging wallpaper and just making the place shine rather than shovelling out years of debris? I like that you guys show the reality of restoration, the grind and the tedious hard work, most renovation shows don’t do that. Keep on keeping it real!

      Actually, Kerry would rather shovel debris than hang wallpaper. She had to take wallpaper off one time and has had an aversion to it ever since. =)
