Okay, the south facing dormer facade is now weather resistant. Guess we called it Option 2. Even though it’s not perfect it will still block more water from getting in than the stone and brick did. Moving on.

It must feel nice to know that the dormer isn’t going to call down and take the roof and wall with it! Did you get the equipment to start working on the other dormer?

Yes it feels good. We did get the boom jib and will be tackling the front dormer next;

Is there structural work to do before you reassemble the stone facade?

Yes, we have more exploration to do in order to figure out the extent of structural work that needs to be done. Our goal was to prevent it from falling and now we can investigate at our leisure.
