We get most of the floor knocked down into the basement. As people that follow the blog you know that this is the last rotten wood video for a while. Onto the roof we go to stop some water next week.

The pipes below the floor joist are what are preventing the joists from falling to the basement. You need the sawsall to cut the pipes. And you guys need to wear a hard hat in the basement for your safety! Be safe

Yes. That’s exactly why we left the pipes in place. We like cutting the pipes with our angle grinder. The sparks are prettier.

Nice to see Frank does his own stunts! Tom Cruise look out! The magical levitating toilet was also impressive. Good to see all that rotten wood getting removed. More chance for the place to dry out, less mould and termites and a safer work environment. Great video as always.

Yes, that is the main reason we are cleaning it up now. It definitely needs to dry.
