After the party there is always cleanup. We tackle the cleanup of the basement in this video. Too bad we didn’t have a garden to put all the mulch in that used to be floor joists and flooring. =) The basement sure does look a lot better!

Good job! By chance did the steamer truck have any initials or anything on it? Something that would clue as to whose it was?

Uh oh, we didn’t really look that close. We are not sure if it is still around or not. If it is, that is a great idea to look. We will pay closer attention the next time for sure though.

I just love the clean up videos! Are you all dumping all the debris in a roll off or going to just bury it outside? We aren’t in the city limits so we can also burn in our pasture but I didn’t know if that is also an option for you.

We have a small fire pit that we have slowly been getting rid of the rotten wood in. We have been making a few large piles of the sand and plaster. We can take some of it to a “clean fill” drop off location so someone else can bury it in their yard. =)

You always do a smash up job of cleaning. I think you could use a bigger broom. I love your new videos/ I wish there were more.

Thanks! It’s just exciting for us to be in the position to be using a broom. We have been using scoop shovels for so long. =)

Why is it always so satisfying to watch other people clean? Another fun video. It almost feels like the house is waking up.

It just makes people feel good to know things are going in the right direction. The Mooreland House is waking up.
