We are back with another video! The first one of the new year. In today’s video Frank spends quite a bit of time explaining what was going on with the box gutters and the damage that they caused from the years of neglect. We appreciated all of you for sticking with us for another year and are excited about the progress we have planned for this year. Thanks for watching.
Happy New Year to you both

A very Happy and productive New Year to you and your family. Well this is the retired Architect and you folks have done some great and much needed work last year. But I still think you should put some sort of down spouts from the gutters as the water from the roof rushing over the roof is still not good. I know its a temporary solution , but downspouts are a must to divert water from the structure. All my best guys, love watching your videos .

We agree about how important the downspouts are. They are definitely on the list of must do but we are still trying to divert the water from inside before we can worry about the water that is going outside. The gutters are so holey right now that they don’t carry much water anyway. =)

Can’t wait to see what 2023 brings for repairs! She is definitely looking better than she was when I walked her in 2020 before the auction. Love how you are tending to the garage and tenant house also. With your security and trespassers have you thought about getting the tenant house livable? I am sure you could find an older couple that would be willing to live there free or cheap as they keep and eye on the place. I know the tenant house didn’t look too bad in 2020 but I was really paying a lot more attention to the Mooreland House.

The Tenant House is just walls and a roof. There is no sewer system, water or HVAC. The wiring is also not to be trusted. It was our original idea to quickly fix up the Tenant House but it will take a while.
