Working on ladders and walk boards isn’t as much fun as it seems. We have too much to do over the stair well to do much more safely. Building a temporary platform to work off of seemed the best solution. We build it strong enough to dance on.

I love the temporarily permanent things you have to do. Talk about knowing every inch of a house when you’re done..

Oh yes, we will know as much or more than the builders by the time we are done. We will also be able to tell what worked and what didn’t. =)
