In today’s video we tear down an updated room up in the attic and take apart the stair lift in the back stairwell. We explain a little bit about why we are doing what we are doing on the Mooreland House as well. Thanks for watching and following us on this journey.
Enjoyed. Kept yelling get sledge hammer.

One of these days we will find someone to insure the Mooreland House so something like that can be possible.

Drove by the other day. Amazing. Though the house is huge, its distance from the road keeps it private. As an adult I never visited Harrodsburg so I drove around it too. Amazed as well because the town displays a 200 year catalog of well preserved domestic architecture. Your project fits right in. I kinda thought rhe house was out of place, but its not. Kentucky is a surprising state.

We once looked at a book containing the historic houses in Mercer county. The Mooreland House wasn’t old enough to be included in the book. There certainly is a history around Harrodsburg.
